- All fees listed are after government grants but does not include 7% GST. 
- Actual fee depends on the per capital income of the family.
- Per Capita income is derived by the total gross income divided by the total number of family members in the household.

The Ministry of Community Development Youth and Sports (MCYS) provides a base subsidy of $300 for all Singapore Citizen children attending government funded EIPIC. Additional Means Tested subsidies are provided for families who meet the income criteria. The amount of grants each child gets is dependent on the per capita income of each individual family.

Means Testing
In order to qualify for government grants, all clients must complete a Means Testing Application Form. These will be provided when child is offered a place at the intervention programme.

National Council of Social Services (NCSS) also provides additional support to each child in the WeCAN EIP.

Any applications for additional financial subsidies may be made to ARC(S) and subsidies will be granted on a case by case basis.

WeCAN EIP accepts foreign students based on the following guidelines:
1. All priority is given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. Should there be 
    no other child on the waitlist, we will consider a foreigner.
2. Fee will be pegged at S$2,000 per month (with no government subsidy; before
    GST). Fees are reviewed on a yearly basis.
3. Admission is for a 2-year period or up to the year the child turns 6 years old,
    whichever is earlier.
4. Foreigners must not exceed 10% of the total WeCAN EIP enrolment.
