Our Team

The needs of young children with autism can be very diverse. Professionals from a number of disciplines contribute to a comprehensive early intervention program.

Team Roles

Each team member brings his or her unique skills and experience to the team.

The successful and consistent implementation of the individual education plan (IEP) requires close coordination and collaboration amongst team members.

Role descriptions for teachers and therapists will universally incorporate:

  • A structured and visually supportive approach to teaching
  • Focus on the development of specific foundation skills in the areas of self regulation, communication, and work habits
  • Focus on positive social joint-attention and integration opportunities with peers
